At Sustaain, we’re building a data qualification platform that connects public and private datasets to improve sustainability performance — starting with the 7 soft commodities behind most imported deforestation: Coffee, Cocoa, Cattle, Oil Palm, Rubber, Soy, and Wood.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO / late founder to scale our product from MVP to production. Someone who can build, ship, and lead.

You’ll:

• Own the technical choices and directions of the company,
• Architect and scale distributed, cloud-native systems and supervise delivery to clients from a technical standpoint.
• Lead development of our sustainability data platform, including by shaping engineering standard and shaping product roadmap.
• Build data pipelines (Python, SQL/NoSQL, Elastic, Neo4j) and integrate ML & GIS layers

You are:

• A doer
• A senior builder (8+ yrs) who’s led engineering through growth
• Mission-driven, delivery-focused, pragmatic, and curious
• Excited by sustainability and complex data problems
