We seek a seasoned Software Engineer with experience as a lead in a rapidly growing startup environment, capable of scaling alongside our organization towards a CTO role. You should possess expertise across frontend, backend, and Ops domains, with 6-10 years of relevant experience.

As our Chief Coding Officer, you will wield significant influence in turning our vision into technological reality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing architecture for complex data systems: Leading the design of robust and scalable architecture tailored for handling large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Deployment and operations: Ensuring smooth deployment and reliable, secure operation of production-grade systems (Terraform, Ansible), prioritizing scalability and efficiency.
• Tech intelligence and cutting-edge proficiency: Staying updated with the latest technological advancements, minimizing technical debt, and implementing state-of-the-art solutions.
• Collaboration with data scientists: Working closely with our data science team to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning models into operational systems.
• MLOps: Managing Machine Learning Operations to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production environments.
• Handling massively multi-variate data solutions: Expertise in managing and processing large and complex datasets efficiently.
• CI/CD and version control: Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices (Github Actions, Gitlab CI/CD) and utilizing Git version control for streamlined development workflows.
• Programming languages and frameworks: Proficient in the following languages/frameworks: Python and JavaScript
