We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead our growth efforts. You will play a critical role in translating our vision into sustainable revenue streams and expanding our market reach. We seek a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly in SaaS, sustainability, soft commodities, F&B or technology fields. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who has experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments and is ready to develop alongside our organization toward a Chief Commercial Officer role.

- Market expansion: Identifying and penetrating key markets, especially within the sustainability and agricultural sectors, to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Customer acquisition and retention: Leading customer acquisition strategies, building robust customer pipelines, and implementing retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Sales team leadership: Building and leading a high-performing sales team, equipping them with the skills and resources to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Strategic partnerships: Developing partnerships with strategic industry players to expand Sustaain’s ecosystem and enhance service offerings.
- Pricing and packaging: Designing and refining pricing models that reflect the value of our offerings, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Brand positioning: Collaborating with marketing to position Sustaain as the premier choice for corporations seeking sustainable data-driven insights.
- Customer success and satisfaction: Ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service.
